31/7/2026. Cask at the Ipswich Transport Museum’s First Beer Festival. Good pour. Sweet, elderflower, grassy, berries, tobacco edge. Quite sweet with light bitterness. Decent body. Good beer undoubtedly but overpowered by the elderflower for me.

Cask at the triangle tavern Lowestoft. Aroma is really nice floral elderflower, pollen. Nice and fresh on the nose. Orange / golden coloured pour with a lasting g cream off white head. Flavour is composed of light bready malts, biscuit, elderflower, stalks, plant matter, floral. Decent elderflower but a little too much plant matter. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation. OK. Good elderflower.

Hazy gold - amber beer. Huge pale cream coloured head. Light palate, a little crispy. Light creamy malt. Hops are mild citrus but quite bitter. Whisper of apple. Very light floral tones but no real elderflower. Semi dry finish. Not bad although not so great I wanted to finish a 750. Was expecting something much more elderflower.
