Light golden, soft haze, bubbly head,
Aroma - Soft fresh strawberries, not syrupy or artificial , even smell a bit of strawberry green stems, soft wheat, a bit tart
Taste - Soft strawberry with a bit of the attached green stem, some tartness, the strawberry is subtle but always present, soft wheat, no banana or cloves here, it’s a wheat fruit beer. Quite simple flavours but it’s nice
Palate - soft carb, medium body, tart slightly sour palate, some fruit bitterness. Finish is a bit dry, rapid with light wheat bitterness
Overall - OK, this isn’t to everybody’s taste, but it had a real sort of organic strawberry taste with the soft tartness and bitterness. Well, I liked it.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer. Little bubbly white head. Palate is smooth with nice super fine carbonation. An interesting mix of wheat beer orange and sweet and sour strawberry. The two flavours balanced well. Finishes neutral with the more tart side of the strawberry coming to the fore. Not bad!
