Cask: Special - Winter 2009
A reincarnation of a beer brewed many years ago at Shepherd Neame - rich in aroma and flavour. A malty, fruity palate leads to the mellow, rounded bitterness of the finish in alcohol warming. A great beer for the colder November evenings. Available throughout November.

On tap somewhere in London! Clear dark brown beer. Typical Shep dryness but not too much. Mild toffee caramel malt and the mild hops present a little sweet pineapple. Finishes dry and with more of the same. Not bad at all, one of the better Sheps.
