Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Mar 2025). Clear dark brown with red highlights, small foamy beige head, faint toasted malt aroma, high carbonation, bitterish dark toasted malt-caramel taste, thin body, long bitterish finish., A smooth schwartzbier!

Keg at the brewery. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is roasted, chocolate, taste is roasty, grassy, toffee, chocolate notes.
