Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by jaghana ]. ABV: 7,3%. Clear medium red brown colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, light grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, licorice hops, dark malt, licirice root, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121012]

draft @ Moeder Lambic French Beer Festival ’12. Ambrée, col épais beige. Arôme de grains, biscuité, fruité léger agrumes avec grains assez doux. Le tout laisse s’échapper de fines effluves épicées. En bouche, malt, fruité, note levure assez épaisse, fruité noirs pour un alcool réchauffant avec en retrait pointe de houblon en amertume/épicé. Le tout laisse un léger fini collant sucré aux lèvres avec ce profile houblonné épicé qui se prolonge en fin de bouche. Prometteuse.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty, toffee, breadish and light caramelish. Toasted malty and caramelish. Bitter and dry roasted malty finish.

bottle, merci jaghana! Dep black colour, mid-sized beige head. Lovely hoppy aroma. Full-bodied, coffee, roasted malts, dark choclate plus some slightly citrusy and resiny hops. Good!
