Hell herber Beginn, weich, mild hopfig. Der Hopfen steigt zum Mittelteil an, geringe Bitterkeit. Spritzig, etwas grasig süßlich, vollmundig. Gelungen. 8/10/9/9//9

Draught @ Michelstädter Rathausbräu, Mauerstrasse 1-3, Michelstadt, Hesse, Germany 64720.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, fruity, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, peel bitter, grassy. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, citrus, grass, hoppy, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121001]

Draught at the bräuhaus
Hazy golden color. Light aroma and light flavor, maybe some malt, but also a light touch of cereals; correct bitterness but almost no hop qualities. Too close to commercial Pilsners.

Yellow coloured, hazy appearance. Dry and firmly malty. Rich, filling mouthfeel. Salty, bitter finish. A well balanced top grade pilsener.
