Chocolate Coconut Milk Stout brewed with 5 different Weyerman Malts; Munich II, CaraMunich II, Wheat, Chocolate Wheat and Carafa Special III as well as lactose and toasted organic coconut flakes late in the boil. The beer was then conditioned on even more toasted coconut flakes along with organic Peruvian Cocoa Nibs.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at King Street Brewhouse, Bristol. Near black with a small tan head. Aroma of cocoa, chocolate, light lactose, coconut and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
