Brewed the same way, and using the same raw ingredients as all of our beers, but with the gluten enzymatically removed. This pale ale has a backbone of earthy pine with a resinous and citrus aroma. Hopped with Eureka, Simcoe, and Mosaic.

Keg @ Seven Brothers Beer House, Manchester. Hazy amber with a head and a fizzed hoppiness, which contains a hint of fruit. This is better stated in its nose though.
