Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear dark amber beer. Residual pale tan head. Pungent mustard nose. Light smooth palate. Tiny bit of toffee malt supports spicy strong mustard. Semi dry finish. Hats off for something different but I am not a big mustard fan so am struggling with the strong mustard flavour here.
