29th May 2008. Colchester Beer Festival. I was told this was a blend of all their run offs (stouts, bitters, lagers the lot) with some yeast thrown in to referment. So what we have here is a huge Frankenstein of a beer. Hugely complex, very sour, dry, bitter notes, fruity notes, hops, malts - there is all sorts going on here. Lingering dry biiter finish. Different to put it mildly!
