Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, toasted, light caramel - biscuit malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, sweet malt - biscuit malt, pale malt - toasted, dusty, herbal - grainy. 6 3 6 3 11 Cask at King Street Brewhouse, Bristol. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of grassy hops, fruits, herbal notes and soap. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with very soft carbonation.
