13th July 2010. Chelmsford Beer Festival. Big thanks to ChrisO for getting me and Thomas (tdtm82) on to this a fraction before it ran dry. Clear dark brown beer. Almost zero carbonation. Smooth semi dry palate. Sweet rich dark toffee. A little sweet peach and pear fruit in the undertone. Goes back to sweet dark toffee with licorice spice in the dry finish.
