A classic American IPA , pale in colour, top end bitterness, but with a glorious cavalcade of fruity, hoppy , aromas and flavours . An American brewery yeast has been used to ferment this brew and specially imported American hops have been sourced and were added at six different stages in the process . As American as Mom’s apple pie. A special beer for 4th July - American Independance Day.

2nd July 2010. Draft at my local - The Sun Inn, Kelvedon, Essex. Clear amber beer - good creamy white head. Light dry palate. Creamy malt - a little sour orange marmalade. Barest whisper of sulfur. Better than the usual Sheps fayre but not outstanding and not very IPA like!
