With a hand from our cheesy friends at the Crafty Cheese Man we’ve brewed what we believe to be the best cheese pairing beer around! We took a decadent imperial stout made with Demerara sugar to give a thick, rich body & colour and popped it into Rioja barrels for 6 months to give deep flavours of cherry, plums & leather resulting in the perfect accompaniment to a lump of cheese Gromit.

Pairs well with a creamy yet punchy blue.

Dark brown, opaque, red wine, raspberries, chocolate, liquorice, cherry on the nose, similar in taste, chocolate, liquorice, astringent oak, vanilla, slightly sweet and fruity. Nicely composed, pleasant.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is red wine, raspberry, chocolate, liquorice, cherry, taste is sweet toffee ,chocolate, liquorice, fudge, oak, sweet and fruity.
