Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Julio’s Liquors. Appearance is hazy yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is wheat with mild lemon, yeast. Taste is light sweet citrus, along with tart yeast. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, lively carbonation and tart finish. Overall, nothing remarkable here, though nothing offensive either.

Pours a nice yellow-gold from a bottle. Nose of lemon and coriander, similar flavor, a bit of hay after a swallow. Okay beer.
