Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2012, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear dark brown color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120118]

Black colour with an off white head. Roasted malt and coffee aroma. A bit sweet and a medium body. Mild chocolate and coffee flavour. A bit dry texture.

Cask at NWAF, 2012. Black pour with a light tan head. Coffee, chocolate and licorice aroma. Heavy malt presence. Licorice and coffee flavour. Bitter-sweet dry roast finish. Tasty.
