Imperial porter aged in a Jack Daniel’s barrel for approx 4 months. Dark as the midnight silence, adviced smoking a cigar during the night.

Opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is airy and dry. Decent fine carbonation. Dry dark malts, trace of sweetness. Spicy esters. Dark fruits underneath. Spicy dry finish. Fairly awkward but not awful. White Pony have done better barrel aging than this.
