Our flagship IPA. The brewer loves using the Phoenix hops so much that they feature in both the Phoenix and the Phoenix IPA. These little beauties create a smooth bitterness, spicy flavour and the aroma of freshly cut flowers. The IPA is stronger, longer but not wronger – this bitter delight will win you over with its playful nature and easy drinking

Cask @ The Hebden (formerly The Pub), Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Fruitful with light tropical fruit notes, although it's a lower than average IPA in strength. Nevertheless it's very palatable and flavoursome.
