Tap at Craft Beer Kontor. Hazy, brown colour with huge, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Resinous, dank, hoppy aroma, notes of apple, baked apple, subtle malty background with a touch of toffee. Taste is dry, nutty malty, some nougat and toffee, widely outpaced by concentrated, resinous bitter hop notes and tart-ish fruitiness with hints of unripe/sour yellow apple, a touch of peanut as well. Quite unusual Bock.
