Bottled (backlog). Paboom Gusher! (and big time such! T58 yeast?) Hazy golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is yeast, some spices, mild citrus as well as some barnyardy notes. Flavour is citrus, mildly acidic with some grains, grass, herbs and mild sweet malts to it.

Bottle, 6.3%. Slow gusher. Good malty aroma, sweet and slightly spicy. Murky amber colour with medium-sized bits of yeast floating around in it. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is malty and a little boozy. Late citric aftertaste with some alcohol bitterness. Good mouthfeel and carbonation.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable white head and brown sediment. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and spices. Sweetish, grainy flavour, giving way to dryish, bready and spicy finish. OK. Perhas needs re-rating as it is past the BBD.

Sampled from bottle thanks to Joes. Pretty big gusher! Hazy lightly orange color, huge soapy white head. Aroma is a bit floral. Don’t get much more. Tastes floral, lightly bitter, slightly fruity. High carbonation, low to medium body.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with some tiny impurities and a huge yet dissipating white head leaving a discreet lacework. Comes a mega gusher. Fruity, spicy and yeasty aroma. Medium body, has a rather sweet fruitiness and a phenollic touch. Absolutely no bitterness. I don’t really pick up any Sorachi Ace in spite of that particular hop’s distinctiveness. 301012
