Cask-conditioned at the Golden Ball, York 20/1/2017. Dark brown in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Plenty of chocolate character, some toasty malts and a touch of sweetness in the gentle finish. Good.

Cask @ Record Cafe, Bradford. Dark reddy-brown with a creamy off-white head. Has a light, but stated enough roasted malt aroma as and taste, with a smoothness in the palate. There’s some coffee involved in this ale.
