Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.12.2030) im 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses goldene Cider kommt mit eine feinen Farmhouse-Note daher. Das Apfelaroma ist recht herb und leicht sauer. Hier braucht es schon 3 Schluck, um sich an dieses herbe Aroma zu gewöhnen. Aber dann ist es ein echt spannendes Cider was sich von der breiten Masse an Cider abhebt.

0,33 l bottle from a Pingo at Câmara de Lobos, Madeira. BB 30.12.2030. Cloudy pale yellow golden in the glass, no head. Dry tard apple aroma. Taste is fruity, apple, some vanilla and dry. No real carbonation. Interesting one.

Cider World Expo 2025 Frankfurt. A slightly hazy golden colour. Aroma and Taste of dry tart juicy apples, very dry, vanilla, flat carbonation.
