Cask into UK half pint glass at Tap East (03/01/12). Pours a hazy golden blond with a small head that was retained throughout drinking. Good hop punch on the nose allied to citrus, straw, and a faint whiff of sweet malt. Light citrus notes probably more orange than anything else in the taste allied to hops. Quite an arid (not a typo for acid to be clear on that !!!) taste in the mouthfeel with a bitter finish.

On tap at the Brewpub. A welcome brief respite from the Christmas madness at Westfields! Hazy amber beer, residual bubbly white head. Smooth palate, semi dry with fairly low carbonation. Hops are bitter marmaladey orange, fresh tasting. A long bitter finish. Decent stuff and a good stiffener for facing the crowd again!
