Brendon is the manager at our bar, Pils. He's also leaving Sweden to move back to his native Australia. So, this is his hello-beer. His goodbye beer. His see you again-beer. Billabong!

In June 2020, we got an offer we could not refuse. The proposal was to buy a bar. For years, we'd dreamt of our own place. And we were over the moon when we could finally do it. And when it came to running it, we knew just the guy. Brendon.

Brendon had been connected to Dugges in one way or another since 2015. He bought our beer as a bar manager in Oslo, imported our beer to Australia as import company ACID, and we'd talked about a bar with him since 2016.

Now, for Pils, our bar, we do one-off staff beers. Beers that each staff member takes turns, design and then we brew. It was not really Brendon's turn. But since he's leaving to throw some shrimp on the barbie, look at toilets flushing the wrong way, and swim with kangaroos, he needed a beery send-off.

It's a Southern Hemisphere IPA for a Southern Hemisphere guy. Crikey!
