Brewed exclusively for Craft Beer Rising, this Passionfruit and Lime Gose shocks and defies. The tart bitterness of fresh passionfruit puree, along with the freshness of zested limes combine delightfully with the sour lactobacillus and salt used to give this sour beer it’s distinctive profile. The first beer to sell out at the festival!

Keg @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy pale amber with a thin head. There’s a good hit of fruit which subdues its sourness - this is only just evident. Its nose is regular for its style.
