This dessert inspired beer has a grist containing wheat, oats and dextrin to enrich the body, along with biscuity malts for flavour. With real lemon zest, vanilla and lactose for a creamy sweetness.

Bottle from Beer Club. Appearance - murky amber to brown and fairly flat. No head. Nose - lemon zest and a light creamy note. Taste - very much lemon zest and icing. Palate - creamy in texture and close to medium bodied, despite the ABV being fairly low. Zingy, if still a little sweet on the finish. Overall - a really interesting beer.
