Another look at the important role yeast plays in the flavour of beer. This strain was isolated and purified from a mixed culture from the Opshaug family farm in Norway. It has tolerated temperatures up to 91 degrees while finishing fermentation within 49 - 50 hours. This warm temperature encourages stone fruit flavours which we have paired in this IPA with tropical notes of the Santo hop

Bottle from Beer Club. Appearance - golden amber and hazy. Slightly off-white head. Nose - orange going into apricot. Some melon, light earthy resin. Taste - orange and apricot again. Palate - light to medium bodied, decent texture, decent linger. Light bitterness. Overall - yep, good.
