Can. Almost clear dark brown beer, a decent bubbly tan head. Doesn't last. Fairly light palate, minerally crisp. Doesn't feel very Impy on the palate. Bitter dark chocolate from the thin bodied dark malts. It's a 10% Impy but if you told me this was 16%, In would likely believe, really quite hot for the abv. Earthy bitter hazelnuts come through loud and clear on the back end. I don't know about banana but, there is an off chemical taste on the crisp finish. A mess.

Can from Hoptimism. Appearance - jet black with a fizzy fawn head that quickly disappears. Nose - ripe brown bananas. Treacle and hazelnut. Taste - sharp green banana and roasty hazelnut. Bitter chocolate. Palate - medium plus bodied, creamy middle. Overall - good though finish a touch more bitter than preferred for the style.
