Our first limited edition beer and it's a doozy! Philly sour is used to give it a fruity tart like base then loaded with vanilla, strawberry and blackberry puree. A smooth, fruity, summery delight.

Can from BeerGB. Appearance - a damson or peach colour. Cloudy with a foamy white head. Nose - blackberry and creaminess of vanilla coming through with light funk. Taste - blackberry big note, then only hints of strawberry and vanilla. Light tart edge, but is it from the yeast or from the acidity of the fruit. Palate - close to medium bodied, sweet and tangy black fruit and then tangy sour black fruit with nicely balanced acid and fruit. Overall - nice.
