Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rough, white head. Some nice, citrusy hops in the nose. Light body, a dry fruitiness but the nice, citrusy hops really dominate in a positive way. Dry finish. 310115

Bottle from local super market, ICA Maxi, Torp Köpcenter. Pours slight hazy golden copper, big white slowly dissipating head, some lacings. Aroma is fairly anonymous with some pine, sweet apricotes, resin. Taste is fairly bitter, with resinous tones of zest and grape. Some pale malt but it remains far back due to the bitterness, lingers on for long. Light body, soft carbo. Not very balanced, but still OK.

Hopfig bitterer Beginn, leicht grasig. Herber werdend, die Hopfigkeit bleibt konstant, die zu starke Bitterkeit fährt zurück. Ok. 10/8/9/9/11/9

Flaska från ICA. Mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska. Dofter av grape, tallkåda och lite hö. Doften är nästan mästarklass. Men som det mesta i livet är där ett slut. Och det inträffar då man smakar ölen. Smaken är tunn. Borta alla aromer och kvar finns något strävt, beskt och tråkigt. Platt fall.

Appearance: Hazy golden color with an off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, grapefruit hoppy and malty.
Palate: Medium to light body. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Fruity and mild grapefruit hoppy.
Overall impression: Really nice and decent 3,5% abv ale.

Orangebrun klar med beige skum. God grapelukt og noe stenfrukt. Smaker bitter grape, noe sødme. Medium kullsyre, medium lang ettersmak. Bra til å ha så pass lite alkohol.

Södra Pale Ale Bottle bought @ Hemköp Majorna. Pours tiny hazy golden with a big frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some soapy lacing note glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, biscuits, grass, pine needles, mango, apricots, lemon zest and hints of moist soil. Taste is bitter and fruity with crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, grass, pine needles, unripe tropical fruits, apricots, lemon zest, moist soil and hints if green peas. Mouthfeel is slightly astringent, watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with white bread, grass, pine, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest and unripe tropical fruits. Very drinkable low abv beer.

Golden color. Pretty hoppy aroma for such a low abv. Some citrus and tropical fruit. Some bitterness in taste together with light notes of hoppy citrus.

Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with huge white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, lemon, bread, plastic, rubber and tropical fruit. Some sheet metal phenols. Weird. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of grain, bread, citrus, minerals and rubber. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Not that good.
