An American Pale Ale that offers a sinfully crisp taste. Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide fiendishly aromatic pine and citrus flavors.

Light body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at SanTan, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly robust for a pale, with toasted malt and piney hops. More interesting than usual for the style. Nice one.
