The perfect Mexican lager. Light and refreshing, it really hits the spot after a long day of brutal chainsaw work. Brewed with the finest malt, Saaz hops, yeast, water, and love.

12 ounce can, opened 6/11/14. Some random guy randomly gave me this. If this ends up being my last ever rating, you will know we have a serial killer afoot. Seriously, though, thanks! Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of doughy malt, spicy, grassy hops. The taste is corn, pale malt, grassy, fruity hops. Thin bodied. Meh.

12oz can. Quite pale tanned-yellow color. Hyper thin appearance. Foamy white head. The aroma is respectable, classic zesty noble hops in the aroma. Pretty good for what it is. Straightforward lager, semi mimicking characteristics of Mexican Lagers like Negra Modelo Especial, but improving on them in ingredients and overall quality. Almost a hint of cream ale, guess that would be the corn? Pretty good, a decent session beer.

Sample at Petrol Station. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of mild grassy hops, malt and grain. The finish is mildly bitter with a short herbal hops aftertaste. Average overall.
