The perfect Mexican lager. Light and refreshing, it really hits the spot after a long day of brutal chainsaw work. Brewed with the finest malt, Saaz hops, yeast, water, and love.

Can. Gold pour with a small white head that soon fades away. The aroma is weak with some indistinct grains and perhaps a trace of canned corn. The taste was bready malts, crackers, some mild spices, a bit of corn. The mouthfeel is was a bit thin, but appropriate for the style. Finished short and dry. Overall: For a pale lagger I thought this was decent.

12 ounce can into lager glass, best before 8/11/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, cracker, corn, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, corn, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an excellent pale lager. All around great robustness and balance of pale malt/grains and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great clean pils malt/grain showcase, with nice noble hop presence/balance for the style. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example.

Sample at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a clear, yellow color, with a fairly big, foamy, white head. The aroma is wet grass, corn, white bread, pine, and honeysuckle. Sweet, with a light bitterness. Light body, with a crisp mouthfeel. This is a simple and mellow lager, and surprisingly well made.

Can. I thought this was solid for what it is. Bright yellow and a good head. Well carbonated. Aroma with noble hops and flavor with sweet malt.

18.01.2017, tap @ Vinyl Bar:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, leafs, minerals, grain, weeds, grass, hay, paper, cereal. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, hay, wet grass, paper, grain, minerals, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Pretty terrible in the grand scheme of things. Tangy sour mash vibe with general vibes of foulness. Some tin Can in Missouri.

On tap in Provisions, Old Town Orange on 30th April 2016. Decent enough lager, clear golden body, wispy white head. Refreshing but no real aroma or flavours worthy of note, fitted the need after wandering around Antique joints all morning. Bland and cold, typical Mexican style lager I suppose.
