A white IPA is a member of the ever growing IPA family. The malt and hop character of an American IPA but fermented with a Belgian Wit yeast, opposed to a neutral ale strain. This yeast strain contributes spicy phenols and soft fruity esters which compliment the fruit forward American hops.

Bottle from Beer Club. Appearance - hazy amber to orange. Neat white lacing. Nose - yoghurt, light dishcloth and lemon zest. Taste - candied lemon, orange peel and hop spice. Palate - light to medium bodied, good texture, with a persistent, tangy finish. Overall - like it!
