German-style pilsners are the original session beers. Our version of this classic style is loaded with floral and spicy hop flavor and balanced by a crisp and dry finish.

Our Pilsner won a gold award in the bi-annual “Olympics of Beer,” the 2010 World Beer Cup, in the German-Style Pilsner category. This traditional Bavarian lager is straw-colored with a pinpoint balance between nutty malt flavors and aromatic noble hops. Our Pilsner is an excellent example of this light-bodied traditional style.

Draught@SBWF2011. Small sample. Small pale yellowish golden colour with a small fluffy white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grains, floral and grassy hops. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balanced. Surprisingly good for being only 4.7 %. If only Finnish lagers would be like this...

Draught at Bishop’ Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Clear golden, brief head. Distinct grassy, spicy hop aroma. Dry with dense mouthfeel and light-medium body. Firm bready malt backs the hops perfectly. Marked but unassalting bitterness. Authentic, tastym and hugely drinkable.

Draft. Pale golden-straw color with a whitish head. Great noble hop aroma and flavor. Light malt, good spice. Lots of hops to keep it interesting, yet still be light and drinkable.
