The taste is dry, tart, puckering, zingy, zesty, fizzy candy, sherbet, sour mango, peach, apricot, orange peel, tangy lime, nip of acidity, salted crackers and soda water with a dry, puckering finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. Straight forward fruity sour, without too much depth but tasty nonetheless.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep orange to red. Attractive white head with a hint of pink. Nose - funky sour and red fruit. Taste - more sour funkiness. Lime and raspberry. Palate - light bodied but very long and persistent. The sourness is mouth watering. Overall - good stuff.
