A unique blend of three yeast strains combine to form the Hazy Daze IPA blend. The result is a beer that is bursting with peach, apricot, nectarine and grapefruit citrus esters. The yeast strain exhibits low flocculation resulting in a hazy beer. Oats and wheat have been used as part of the grist to increase the body and make for a smooth mouthfeel. The dry hop of Mosaic and Lemon Drop compliments the yeast character well.
