This American Brown Ale is malt forward with warming caramel and chocolate flavours. The whirlpool hop additions of US variety Citra and English Bramling Cross contribute citrus and blackcurrant flavours with a subtle spiciness which complement the malt perfectly.

Bottle from Beer Club. Appearance - deep brown with red chinks. Creamy, tan head. Nose - nuts, toffee and brown bread. Taste - creamy toffee and hazelnuts. Palate - medium bodied, creamy texture. Decent linger, and not too sweet. Overall - pretty good.
