Bottle from Brew Cavern. It pours lightly hazy golden - blonde with a dissipating white head. The snout is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, gooseberry fool, white grape, sweaty, kiwi, lime peel, zingy, sharp and apple cider vinegar. The taste is dry, tart, puckering, zingy, juicy, soor plooms, sherbet, refreshers, white grape, gooseberry, sour peach, vinous, splash of acidity, funk, sweaty, oak and hay with a dry, snappy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice zingy action.
