The snout is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, gooseberry fool, white grape, sweaty, kiwi, lime peel, zingy, sharp and apple cider vinegar. The taste is dry, tart, puckering, zingy, juicy, soor plooms, sherbet, refreshers, white grape, gooseberry, sour peach, vinous, splash of acidity, funk, sweaty, oak and hay with a dry, snappy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice zingy action.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and hazy. Snow white head. Nose - stewed apple, gooseberry but with sharp acid underlay. Taste - stewed gooseberry, apple chutney. Dry, acid finish. Palate - tangy and sour. Medium bodied. Good length. Overall - great stuff.

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours hazy golden orange, nose is funky, vinegar, citrus, taste is quite sharp, zesty lemon, funky.
