Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, toffee, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer. Residual bubbly white head. Light dry palate. Dry even malt. A little toffee. Tangy orange marmalade hops. Dry finish. Low carbonation but an okay bitter.
