Cask at Pig’s Ear 2011, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Some straw and light apple in the nose. Light sweet flavor with some fruits and dry white bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet and dry to finish, with some biscuits. OK, not great.
