Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, vomit - smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, sour citrus - malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer. No real head. Dry palate. A little sulphur on the nose and in the mouth. Okay hop bitterness but really not appreciating bad eggs in my beer!

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy golden. Fresh citrus aroma. Mid dry with slender body. Whipped cream with fresh citrus and elderflower. Mid bitter finish. Well balanced and nicely drinkable. How I love to drink Responsibly!

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet fruity, with mild leathery and smoked wooden notes. Flavour is mild toasted malts, some leathery notes as well as sweet fruity and nectary hoppyness.
