Cask at The Hanging Bat. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of red wine, vinegar and toffee. Flavour of cranberry and red wine tannins. Medium body with a slick texture. Light prickle of carbonation. I’m not sure if it’s meant to taste like this. It’s weird and sharp. Not great.
