'Ere right, remember when we did that Stroopwafel Stout with Brouwerij Kees, that basically just involved getting the most quintessentially Dutch thing we could think of and throwing it into a beer (it was either that or a big chunk of Gouda). Yeah. That one. Well, don't know about you guys, but the first thing we though when we tried it was 'yep, it's banging, but can you imagine if we went bigger on it?' So that's what we've done. Behold, Stroopwafel Export!

Cask at Crewe Dog. Pours a dark reddish brown with minimal off-white head. Coffee and biscuits in the boozy aroma. Initially sweet in the mouth with caramel and biscuit. Later on milky coffee comes to the fore, but it’s all a bit watery. Finish has bitter coffee grounds. Not bad but a bit gimmicky.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Black with a creamy-frothy light brown head. It's very flavoursome, with very sweet roasted malts that become overbearing after a while.
