X:3 is our Christmas Saison for winter 2024 brewed with a blend of malted barley and wheat. We mashed to maximise the clove expression in the beer and added El Dorado hops and sweet orange peel (for that festive touch!)

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Super spicy nose with friendly phenols, very fruity. Rich, fruity and sweet body, distinct yeast and friendly phenols. Subdued bitterness. Rich and satisfying. 070425

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy dark golden with large white head. Aroma is grain, malt, orange peel, yeast and light chalk and dust. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is chalky with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, grain, chalk, yeast, orange and hints of cloves.
