50 cl bottle (5,5%) @ Timo A, BBE 26.06.2013
Unusual colour for a hefeweizen. Aroma is quite yeasty and floury with ripe fruits. Flavour is somewhat tart with citron, some fruit candy and . Rather foamy palate. A bit messy but I like the tartness here.

Handbottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of vegetables and malt as well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some sourness, wood and mild herbal notes. Flavour is sour wood, sweet malts, some wheat as well as flowery hops. Mild yeasty notes as well. Kind of like Hefeweizen is meeting an IPA. Lovely and refreshing.
