Bottle 5.3% @ FOneFan, Pre-Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2012. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat and yeast. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, little dry, little sweet, hop, little banana and a little bitter.

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with huge stable creamy white head. Fruity apple and yeasty aroma. Soft palate, slightly flimsy fruity and wheaty taste. A bit too much cautious.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, small white, pretty stable foamy layer, wheaty bisquity nose with a sourish-lemony touch and a tinge of hops; soft sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied, quite soft; mild sweet-sourish finish with a light tartness in the aftertaste. Quite O.K. .....

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and diminishing frothy head. Slightly grainy malty and wheaty aroma with hints of citrus, banana and phenolic spices in the background. Mildly sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Delicately grainy malty taste with a present wheat-character, accompanied by mildly fruity and phenolic notes; slim and slightly sourish wheaty finish. A light-weighted but likeable Weizen. 17.IV.12
