Kräftig gelbe, trübe Farbe. Herrlich cremiger Schaum. Etwas frische Zitronenschale in der Nase. Auch beim Trinken findet sich diese. Hefe spielt geschmacklich die Hauptrolle, außerdem findet sich etwas trockenes Getreide und Spuren von Aprikose. Vom Körper ist das Bier klar auf der süffigen, als der gehaltvollen Seite angesiedelt. Der Kohlensäuregehalt befindet sich in der oberen Hälfte des Spektrums. Ein schmackhaftes und sehr erfrischendes Weißbier.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy golden, rich head. Doughy banana aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and dough, some overripe banana. Low bitterness. Too sweet and rather lifeless.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, light banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120818]

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, wheat and banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long sweet banana finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A quote clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Quite bubble-gum like aroma, with banana and some lemon and cloves. A bit weak, but far from bad. A bit too much on the bubble gum side flavorwise, with banana, some cloves and bitterness underneath. Medium body, effervescent and semi-sweet. Lasting bitter finish. A quite pleasant weissbier. 120818
