Bottled. Copper colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some herbs as well as mild toffee tones. Flavour is smoked, leathery and some sweet malty and mildly dried fruity elements. Alcohol is also there, but not overly strong.

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, smoky nose with notes of smoked ham, dried apricots, orange peel, dark bread, a touch of brown sugar and hints of tar. Malty, smoky taste with caramel, smoked ham, apricots, orange peel, dark bread and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. More smoke on the nose than on the palate. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.

Trevligt.

Pours slight hazy brownish/copper, a mid sized tan head quickly dissipating leaving no lacings. Aroma is elegantly smoked, with smoked ham and charcuteri being most dominant, also some roasted malt. Taste is slig smokey up-front, ham and saudage, some roasted malt and suryp loaf, hint of herbs. Fineshes lingering smokey and roasted. Light to medium body, medium carbo. Solid and balanced, would like a slight bigger body.

Bottled 500ml. -Cloudy amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, quite strong smoke presence in the nose. Light roasted malt, caramel and grain with notes of bacon. Dry smoked finish and long-lasting aftertaste. All in all had...had (much) better.

Appearance: Hazy amber color with a fine tan head that leaves an ok lacing.
Aroma: Malty, some smoke and bacon.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Malty, some peat and bacon.
Overall impression: Dobbel bock and smoked are not my favourite styles. But this was quite ok. Perfect to some smoked salomon.
Personal stats: Bottle Anders got for christmas.
