Bottle. Malty and deep aroma. Coke like taste to it. Middling kinda beer in the end.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Malty aroma of bread, oak and some forest floor and dried fruit. The flavour is similar but is sweet at first with bread, caramel and grass and hops in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. A malty and nice ale. Little hops though.

Amber with off white head - good malty aroma with some hints of hops in the back - Nice malt body with some notes of caramel and some hints of piney hops in the back, with a nice bitterness to og along - Finish is malty and piney hops that leaves an olmost dry end - This was nice

50cl bottle from Meny Bjølsen, Oslo. Pours hazy dark amber with a tan head. Medium malty aroma with some roasty notes, quite strong hop presence with fruity, citrusy and lightly piney notes. Caramel, herbs and just a hint of smoke. Moderate to medium sweet with a fairly dry and bitter finish with note of citrus. Nice, flavourfull and sessionable.

0.5l bottle from #177. Looks quite good in the glass with a deep blurry really dark amber red body under a medium sized light bubbly but lasting beige head. On the nose I get a nice sweet caramel and fruit sweetness. Red apples with a faint darkness in the back. It's father fruitiness that dominates this and I'm liking it. It has a thin oily feeling in the mouth while it's soft on the bubbles. Really soft. Nothing to say on the flavors here. Fruity caramel with a good hoppy kick. Red berries and traces of something slightly roasted before its giving me licorice. Dried licorice. Lots of flavor and IMO a really successful amber. It's really lightdrinkable this. I'm so impressed that I can honestly say that this is something I want to have again. Not often that happens in these kinds of beers. 29.03.2014

25.04.2014, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly roasted grain, hay, weeds, burnt caramel, grass, hints of chocolate and coffee. Taste is slightly dry and burnt, hay, roasted grain, burnt caramel, ashtray, burnt coffee, burnt caramel malts, grass, paper. Longlasting bitterness, dry and burnt slightly watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Flaske 0,5l spandert av Rune og delt under samling hos ham 6 Feb 14. Mørk amber. Litt uklar. Mye skum. Tett lacing. God aroma av aprikos. Smaken er preget av mandler med innslag av malt & litt frukt. God fruktig ettersmak.
